You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of the path forward. You deserve a space where your story is met with empathy. I offer a warm, compassionate space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity questions, or relationship struggles. We’ll collaborate to better understand what’s going on underneath the surface, and help you find your way forward with more clarity, confidence and self-trust. As someone who immigrated to Canada from the Middle East as a teen, I bring a deep respect for cultural identity, resilience, and the emotional complexity that comes with unspoken pain and the pressure to be strong even when you’re struggling. Therapy with me is grounded in empathy, presence, and curiosity about who you are and not just what’s “wrong.” We will collaborate in evidence-based and emotionally attuned approaches (CBT, trauma-informed, somatic, solution-focused) in an environment where you feel seen and supported. As a first-generation immigrant, my background includes working with organizations supporting Asian immigrants and international students. My experience allows me to understand various ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner and has heightened my awareness of cultural differences and cultural sensitivity.
